International Shipping
Delivery Times
Once your order is placed, it's processed the next business day and then shipped. Here's when you can expect it to arrive:
- Australia: 3–5 business days (or faster with Express Post)
- New Zealand: 7–9 business days (or faster with Express Post)
- Rest of the World: 7–10 business days (remote areas may take up to 21 days)
Please note that public holidays (such as Christmas) may add extra time to your delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, here's how to track it:
- Check your Order Confirmation email and click "View Order" to find your tracking number.
- Within 2 business days, you'll also receive a Tracking Update email with the same tracking number.
- Click your tracking number to follow your parcel's journey, or copy and paste it into your local postal service's tracking portal.
Heads up: If your order is going through customs, tracking updates may pause for a few days. Just check back shortly after and it should be updated.
