Refund policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not replace or refund for change of mind, so please choose carefully. To complete your return, we require an email with proof of purchase together with photos of damaged items. Please email us at info@envysunglasses.com for company approval. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or refund.
You will be initially responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are refundable on damaged or defective items. Please keep a copy of your receipt for return postage and forward it to info@envysunglasses.com

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item together with the approval or rejection of your return. If your return is approved, then your replacement or credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, If your item/s proceed to refund for faulty or defective goods, the cost of return shipping will be added to the total refund offered.
EXCHANGES:
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
Please email info@envysunglasses.com with details of your exchange request. After your exchange request is received by email, we will contact you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.
If you are approved, you will then be required to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.
If your exchange is approved, you will be required to return your shades to the address below. Once we have inspected the returned goods to make sure they are in saleable condition, then your exchange will be processed and posted back to you.
