When will my order be processed and can I track my order?
We aim to have all Australian orders dispatched the next business day if placed before 4pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST - QLD). Any orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday are dispatched the following business day. 

For our international customers, we’ll be getting your orders out the door the next business day if placed before 1pm (AEST - QLD). 

After you receive your shipping confirmation email from Envy Sunglasses, please allow 12-24 hours for your tracking details from Australia Post to come through. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact shop@envysunglasses.com

Your order total will be charged in AUD however, our website has a currency
converter on the home page. You can select your currency to see how much your
order will cost in your local currency. Please note that your bank will select the
exchange rate that you will be charged.

What carriers do orders ship by?
Australian and New Zealand orders ship via Australia Post.
U.S. orders are delivered via Post UPS / USPS.
United Kingdom orders are delivered by Royal Mail. 
All Other Countries - your local postal service will deliver your parcel. 

Can I change my address after I’ve ordered?
We try our best to process and dispatch orders on or before the next business day, therefore any changes will be dependent on whether the order has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible on shop@envysunglasses.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Where are you based?
We are based on the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Capital of Queensland, Australia.
We ship all orders out of our warehouse in Surfers Paradise. Our products
are professionally packaged by our handling team, ensuring your Envy Sunglasses arrive in perfect condition regardless of how far they go.

What is your return policy?
If we have not dispatched, you may cancel or amend your order within the first 24 hours of purchase. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Just return the product to us in the first 7 days (undamaged with all its packaging) and we will refund you.
NOTE: we do not provide pre-paid shipping bags to send products back. You must send back unwanted product at your own expense.

What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?
If your Envy Sunglasses arrive broken or damaged please contact us within the first 48 hours of receiving the item and we will work it out with you. You can contact us via email: shop@envysunglasses.com (Make sure to include your full name and order number together with photos of any damage).

What does UV 400 Protection mean?
The safest bet is to buy sunglasses that provide UV 400 protection = 100% UV
protection. That means that the sunglasses protect your eyes from both UVA and
UVB radiation. Envy Sunglasses offer this level of protection on all models. 
UV protection typically lasts 2 years on sunglasses.  You should replace them every two years. If you wear your sunglasses more often or work in the sun, you should replace them more frequently. 

What Are Photochromic Lenses?

lightweight and significantly more impact resistant than lenses made of glass or other materials. 

What’s the best way to clean my Sunglasses?
 1. Apply a small drop of lotion-free dishwashing liquid to each lens. Most
dishwashing liquids are very concentrated, so use only a tiny amount. Or apply a
drop or two to your fingertip instead. Use only brands that do not include lotions or hand moisturisers.
2. Gently rub both sides of the lenses and all parts of the frame for a few
seconds. Make sure you clean every part, including the nose pads and the ends of the temples that rest behind your ears.  Rinse both sides of the lenses and the frame thoroughly. 
3. Carefully dry the lenses and frame with a clean, lint-free cleaning cloth or the chamois sunglass pouch provided in your sunglass case.
