SHIPPING TIMEFRAME:
Australia: Following next day processing, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days (and quicker arrival with Express Post).
New Zealand: Post next day processing, expect delivery within 7-9 business days (and quicker arrival with Express Post).
All Other Countries: Delivery ranges from 13 to 20 business days. For remote areas, allow up to 28 days for delivery. Please be mindful of public holidays like Christmas, as these may affect shipping times.
ORDER TRACKING:
To track your order, refer to your original Order Confirmation email and click "View Order" to access the tracking number. Click on the provided tracking number to view the progress of your parcel. Additionally, within 2 business days, you will receive a Tracking Update email containing the same tracking number. Simply click on the number provided in the email to monitor your parcel's journey. Alternatively, copy and paste your tracking number into Australia Post, New Zealand Post, International/17 Track, or your local postal service's tracking portal. Please note that during customs processing, tracking updates may be temporarily unavailable until the parcel is handed over to your postal service. In such cases, check the tracking status again after a few days.
